Holiday Weekend in NYC - Early Registration Breaks Record!
The International Corrugated Packaging Foundation (ICPF) has announced that registration for the 2014 ICPF Holiday Weekend in New York fundraiser has broken the all-time record set by last year's final registration. With 94 executives, spouses and guests already registered, it appears that even with the expansion of the limited space event this year, the holiday weekend may reach a "sell out" by mid-or-late September.

In its seventh year, the New York event serves as ICPF's annual fundraiser where manufacturing and supplier executives and their spouses or guests can support the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation while socializing, networking and enjoying the best of New York City during the holiday season.

This year's participants will begin with a Friday evening reception at The Rose Club in The Plaza, sponsored and hosted by Anthony Pratt, Mike and Renie Harwood, and Pratt Industries. After free time Friday night for dinner and Saturday morning for leisurely brunches, holiday shopping, sightseeing and museums, participants will attend the Saturday matinee performance of the Broadway hit, Kinky Boots, winner of five Tony awards, including "Best New Musical" (co-sponsored by Equipment Finance Corp. & Kiwiplan). Executives and their spouses or guests later will participate in a Saturday evening reception and dinner at the renowned Italian restaurant Barbetta (sponsored by Bobst North America). A late night gathering Saturday night at Nios in the The Muse New York hotel will be sponsored by MarquipWardUnited. There also will be the traditional ICPF surprise holiday gift for participants (sponsored by Gerber Innovations). Additional weekend sponsors include Bates Container, Central Package & Display, Dusobox and Serenity Packaging.

By popular demand, The Muse New York, a Kimpton boutique hotel in the Theatre District, will serve as ICPF's host hotel again this year. Hotel rooms go quickly during this special time of the season, so executives are encouraged to register and make their hotel reservations through ICPF as soon as possible.

Event registration for ICPF supporters is $2,975 per participant (accompanying spouse or guest is included free of charge). Official ICPF Corporate Partners, that have made funding pledges to support ICPF, participate at a discounted registration of $2,900. Half of the registration fee is fully tax deductible and supports ICPF's educational initiatives.
