Initiatives, including participation by dozens of ICPF Corporate Partners, led to record recruiting in 2021, exceeding the annual average of 120 student interns and graduates recruited through ICPF resources by 25%.

Every year we repeatedly have heard from executives, who have attended ICPF’s Dialogue Dinners, Teleconference and other events, that after meeting the participating students they are very excited about the bright future for the industry.  The following is an article on the corrugated packaging industry from the perspective of a recent graduate. It expresses the passion that we, at ICPF, hear daily from the latest generation of students and upcoming graduates. 
For the past 10 or more years, 100 - 150 students and new graduates have been hired annually through the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation’s (ICPF) various programs.

Almost 400 students and faculty from 17 universities participated in ICPF's 2021 Teleconference on the Business of Corrugated Packaging & Displays and the Career Opportunities that was conducted on April 1, 2021.
