ICPF Student Design Presentation Competition
The ICPF Teleconference this past February 21 included ICPF's 2019 Student Design Presentation Competition. Three student teams from Cal Poly and the University of Texas at Arlington, were tasked to show, tell and sell their designs (that won first or second place in a separate 2018 AICC design competition) by explaining the objective, the research conducted, design and other background. One Cal Poly team secured first place, second place went to the University of Texas – Arlington student team and the second Cal Poly student team won third place. All three teams received cash prizes. These exceptional students have posted their resumes on ICPF’s career portal and are using it to locate spring 2019 career openings in the areas of sales, production/operations management and design.
